1. Treat the house as if it were your own
Please take good care of the furniture, appliances, and interior. Furniture should not be moved outside or rearranged.
2. Small accidents
If something should break or get damaged, please let us know briefly. Accidents can happen – the important thing is that we can react quickly.3. Windows, doors & safety
Please close all windows and doors when leaving the house. The front door should remain closed, but must not be locked at night (fire safety).4. Energy & environment
Please use water and electricity responsibly. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when leaving the house.5. Kitchen & cleanliness
Please return dishes, pots, and cutlery to the cupboards clean and dry. Use trivets for hot pots and cutting boards to protect the countertops.6. Waste & toilet
Please do not dispose of hygiene products, food waste, or grease in the toilet or sink. Use the designated waste bins instead. The garbage containers are located in the adjacent street.7. Consideration for neighbors
Please avoid loud noise, especially during midday and nighttime hours. Our houses are not party or event locations.8. Electric vehicles
Charging electric vehicles using the house’s electricity supply is not allowed. Several public charging stations are available in L’Escala.Arrival and Departure

Check-out: until 10:00 AM
Please leave the house broom clean upon departure:
- Dispose of all garbage
- Put clean dishes back in the cupboards
- Clean the barbecue (if used)
