Our journey began many years ago when we first came to L’Escala to spend our vacation here. Even back then, we fell head over heels in love with this enchanting place and purchased our first house.
Over time, more properties followed. As we decided to move here before retirement, we started renting out our own homes to vacation guests. Our goal was to enable others to experience the unforgettable moments we had enjoyed and continue to cherish here.
The idea to expand our offerings arose from repeated requests from other vacation home owners who wanted us to include their properties in our portfolio, provided they met our high standards of quality. We made a conscious decision to keep the number of properties manageable to ensure a personal level of service – we didn’t want to simply hand over keys, but to offer our guests and clients a truly individual experience.
Given the frequent inquiries from our guests about whether we also offer properties for sale, we completed real estate training last winter. This led us to open our own real estate agency in the heart of the old town, right next to the church, in a charming old village house with stone walls and the typical Catalan vaulted ceiling, the volta catalana.
Today, my husband Helmut, our son Oskar, and I work in this delightful office. Our goal is not only to rent out holiday homes for unforgettable vacations but also to assist you in finding your dream property or making the sales process as pleasant as possible.
In our office, you’ll find not only the three of us but also our dogs, who – just like us – are delighted to welcome every guest.
