Booking conditions
- The rates quoted are for a week with the number of people mentioned
- The rent includes cost for gas, electricity, water, and pool cleaning, gardens
- Minimum rental: 1 week
- 2 or 3 dogs are welcome !
- Pool-Season: April – October
- Heating Season: November – March
Terms of payment
- Down Payment: 30% of the total price after signature of the contract and
- Interim payment: 20 % of the total price to a fix termin and
- Final Payment: 50% of the total fee 45 days prior to departure
- Payment by bank transfer !
Cancellation
In case of cancellation we reserve the right to withhold some of the payment:
- 90 days before arrival 30 % of the agreed rent
- 45 days before arrival 50 % of the agreed rent
- 30 days before arrival 80 % of the agreed rent
- From 29 days before arrival 100 % of rental
With your reservation request you agree to our booking conditions.
Final Cleaning
- Houses: LE COQ, EL GALL, MEDINYA, TERRANY, OCA = 125 €
- Houses: OLIVES, BIANYA, FRANCOLI= 135 €
- House: ROCA, DORNA, CRIS, LA MOUETTE = 135 €
- House: GIRASOL = 180 €
Optional costs
- Children Set: highchair and travel cot : 35 € per stay
- Wifi router rent 10 € per week + 10 € for 7 GB charge
- Linen per person: 15 €
- Towels package, per person: 10 €
- contents: tea towel, large towel, small towel
- Dog: per dog 25 € per started week
Security deposit
- The security deposit is € 300 and is payable per bank transfer or in cash on arrival! The deposit will be returned to your account within one week of your departure, provided that no damage has occurred!
Tourist tax
- Tourist tax: 7 € per night / per person older of 15 years for maximum 7 nights.
Our Recommendation "Quick - Check - In"
On request you can book a "Quick - Check - In" for a flat rat of 40,00 € !
The "Quick - Check - In" guarantees that you can move into the house you have booked already from 12.30 p.m.
So you gain half a day more vacation...
"Quick - Check - In" is subject to availability and is limited to a maximum of 2 houses per Saturday! Please contact us!
